Mary Ann is a self taught artist, who began painting at a very early age and has become one of the most acclaimed watercolour painters of her subjects in Britain.
Her stunning countryside studio in Northumberland, with its ceiling to floor windows (featured in a TV Documentary) allows her to paint and capture her subjects direct from life. Mary Ann can observe sheep grazing up the hill and her many feathered subjects feed, strut, mate, fight, and rest before her watchful eye in the garden.
