Information we collect from you
The only personal information we need from you is your name and contact telephone number. You may also provide us with your e-mail address if preferred. By providing us with this information we are able to contact you to confirm your framing order is complete, and so fulfils our contractual obligation with you.
Disclosure of your information
We do not share your personal information with anybody outside Spectrum.
Where we store your personal data
The Order Form we complete with you at the time of consultation includes your name and contact telephone number. This paper record is retained securely for reference purposes and safely destroyed after 12 months.
We use Framiac software which records your framing order and calculates pricing. It is not connected to the internet and is password protected.
Access to information
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request will be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
